This policy explains what information DTALeads ("we," "us") collects through dtaleads.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you apply for your market, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, company, email and phone number
- The market you want
- Your business numbers: deals closed, contract-to-close ratio and average assignment fee
- Anything else you choose to tell us in the notes field
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
How we use it
- To review your application and check whether your market is open
- To contact you about your application, usually within 24 hours
- To run our service if we work together, including sending you leads
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with other wholesalers. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Who else handles it
- Our web host stores the site and the applications sent through it.
- Our email provider delivers applications to our inbox.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as it's useful for reviewing applications and running our business. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email support@dtaleads.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
